Refund policy
We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you may return your item within 60 days from the date of purchase.
However, the return request must be initiated within 14 days after the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, well send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Hygiene-Sensitive Products – AirRelief™ Anti-Choking Device
Our AirRelief™ anti-choking device is classified as a hygiene-sensitive medical-contact product, as it may come into direct contact with the mouth, face, and airways.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, this product can only be returned if it is completely unused, unopened, and in perfect original condition.
To qualify for a return, the device must:

Be brand new, with no signs of use.

Never have been placed on the face or mouth of any person.

Be in the original, unopened packaging.

Include all accessories, manuals, and components.
Any unit showing signs of handling, use, skin/mouth contact, or broken packaging cannot be returned or refunded. This ensures compliance with international hygiene standards and protects customer safety.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance
While international shipping is free, please note that countries such as South Africa and some South American countries (including Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Colombia) may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are determined and collected by local customs authorities and are not controlled by AirRelief™. Payment of any applicable duties or taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer.
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to:
- Be aware of the import regulations and applicable taxes in their country.
- Pay any import duties, taxes, or fees required by their local customs authority.
- Complete the customs clearance process within the timeframe established by the local authorities.
If a package is not delivered due to failure to pay import duties or taxes, or failure to complete the customs clearance process, the package may be held or destroyed by the local customs authority.
Important: Orders that are not delivered due to the buyer’s failure to pay import duties, taxes, or to complete the customs clearance process are not eligible for a refund or reshipment. AirRelief™ shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from the buyer’s failure to comply with the import requirements of their country.
